Shipping Information
- Freedom to design want to use the most efficient form of shipping so your work of art arrives as quickly as possible but at a sensible cost.
- The ship costs quoted on the site to date are for delivery within BC only.
- Products will be delivered within 7-14 business days of receipt of the order. We will contact you if there are any problems with availability.
- Delivery of products outside Alberta will be quoted for separately, by email, on receipt of your order. This system will be automated in the near future.
- Freedom to design.com will email you the tracking number and courier’s website details once your order is shipped. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
- The shipping costs are based on ordering 1 item. If you order multiple items, we will charge you the actual shipping cost. This may mean refunding some of the ship cost quoted at our checkout.
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses (including within Canada), P.O. Boxes.
